When Do You Need House Cleaning?
Recurring Cleaning Services
On the hunt for a Seattle Maid Service that you can rely on week-to-week? This is our specialty! Typically, our cleaners come weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, but we can work with whatever frequency you’d prefer. To get started, we do a one-time, deeper hourly cleaning called our Initial Service. During this appointment, we’ll get all included areas up to our professional maintenance standards. We work top to bottom from a priority list template that we provide and you customize. Once that’s out of the way, we offer discounted flat-rate cleanings, on a regular schedule with a default cleaner. Both our initial and recurring quotes include our Standard Cleaning Tasks by default but can be fully customized.
Occasional Cleaning Services
If you only need help cleaning up every now and again, that’s great! The April Lane’s Home Cleaning team would be more than happy to help you with that. For our occasional cleaning services, we can work from our standard cleaning services list or a customized list of your priorities. We can perform a one-time clean, or we can come a little more frequently, whatever you prefer. Occasional cleaning services are available by the hour, so you only pay for what you need.
Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning Services
Moving is hard. We’ll take the cleaning and scrubbing off your plate! We specialize in move-in and move-out cleanings in Seattle. With these projects, we aim to leave the space completely immaculate and ready for occupancy. Move-in and move-out cleanings are, by far, the biggest jobs we do. The home is empty, making dusting easier, however, we’re also getting into the nooks and crannies that haven’t been cleaned. We include the fridge, oven, cupboards/drawers, closets, and other reachable square footage since the home is empty. Move-in and move-out cleanings are done by the hour, so you only pay for the actual time needed. We work top to bottom from a special move-out priority list template that we provide and allow you to customize.

With these services, we focus on the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
