Although not native to Seattle, Laura has proudly called it home for more than a decade. As the Director of Administration, she’s the backbone of daily operations, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. From streamlining processes to supporting both clients and staff, Laura is dedicated to keeping things efficient, organized, and stress-free.

Beyond the office, Laura’s adventurous spirit takes her across the globe—whether she’s scuba diving in crystal-clear waters, immersing herself in new cultures, or adding stamps to her well-traveled passport. When she’s not exploring the world, she’s cozying up with her cat, Compromise, or diving into her passion for writing. She’s also currently pursuing a degree in archaeology, proving that her love for discovery extends beyond just finding the best ways to optimize operations.
