We let you pick from our pre-made list of cleaning tasks so that we can work on your priorities. Unless otherwise noted by you, the client, our standard cleaning services come with every scheduled house cleaning. Recurring cleanings can be scheduled for any time period, but we usually recommend having a cleaner or group of cleaners come every two weeks.

House Cleaning Exceptions
While there isn’t much that we can’t tackle, even our specialized cleaning team has its limits for safety and liability reasons. These limitations and exclusions include:
- Weight: Twenty-pound weight limit for safety reasons.
- Heights: Limited to two-foot or shorter step stools.
- Clutter: We work around cluttered areas, but don’t clean them up.
- Outdoor Areas: We don’t have the equipment for exterior cleanings.
- Heavy Hanging Objects: High risk for us and your possessions.
- Fine Artwork: We wouldn’t want to ruin your irreplaceable items.
- Pet Messes/Body Fluids/Biohazard: Requires a special certification we don’t carry.
- Bugs: Please settle any bug infestations or fumigation before we enter the home.
- Mold: Poses a safety issue (we recommend Environix Seattle).
- Fireplaces: The soot will damage our equipment, especially our vacuums.
- Chandeliers: Requires special tools and training to handle such a delicate item.
