Standard Cleaning Tasks.

These are the most commonly requested cleaning services. We consider them our basic regular maintenance tasks.

Living Spaces

Bathrooms

• Scour all visbilt interior and exterior parts of toilets
• Clean sink, counter, cabinet face and mirror
• Scour shower/tub walls, floor and fixtures
• Dust shelving, knick knacks, mirrors and picture frames
• Clean flooring including behind toilet

Kitchen

• Clean exterior of large appliances
• Clean inside and outside of microwave
• Clean underneath and behind small appliances
• Clean countertops and cabinet faces
• Scrub sink area
• Mop flooring

Optional Cleaning Tasks

For an additional charge we can spend more time to customize beyond the most commonly requested cleaning.  These may be added on a regular or occasionally scheduled basis.

• Change towels and/or bed linens
• Detail clean kitchen items such as burner knobs and dishwasher screws
• Clean the dish drain
• Clean small countertop appliances
• Clean windows and sliding doors
• Remove trash and recycling; clean bins
• Spot clean telephones
• Clean fingerprints on doorway trim, doors and light switch covers
• Remove mildew stains from grout (requires toxic solutions and may require a grout specialist)
• Dust blinds (may require a blinds cleaning specialist)

Move-Out Cleanings.

Our well-trained and experienced move-out cleaners are members of our staff who have proven that they can handle this type of cleaning efficiently and effectively.

We provide all of the equipment and supplies necessary to make this type of cleaning go smoothly, working off a very detailed list of what is important to you.

Move-out cleanings are done on an hourly basis.

Please remember that we cannot make promises or guarantee in any way that these figures will be accurate for your home. There are so many variables that effect the time it takes to do a move-out clean that there is no way our staff can predict them accurately for every circumstance.
