2) Exceptional Training. Our maids pass seven written tests and complete fifty hours of on-the-job training to become an Associate Home Cleaner. Training includes: How to properly use cleaning products, effective house cleaning techniques, and guidelines on how to evaluate a job well done. Our Administrative staff and maids take our job very seriously. We care about our clients and know how to get the job done right.
3) Accountability. We hire employees rather than sub-contract so we can be directly accountable for their work. We hold the highest levels of bonding and insurance so our clients are well protected. Our maids carry our own top of the line equipment and use environmentally friendly cleaning products. Accountability is key in providing a successful maid service.
4) Happy Clients. The day after an initial cleaning, we call you to
learn what we did well and what could be done differently for your on-going
service. This quick 5 or 10 minute conversation with one of our maid
service representatives allows us to customize your cleaning service.
